How does the collaboration work?
Initial Project Assessment
We explore the business goals of the mobile application and the client’s expectations. Together, we set the project priorities - which elements are essential from the start, how important speed of development is, and who the primary users of the application will be.
Analysis
Together, we define the milestones of the application - which elements need to be implemented before the first production release, and which can be delivered in later development stages. At this stage, we also discuss technical aspects and provide a cost estimate for each phase of the project.
Phased Implementation
We divide the project into stages. Each stage covers one major element or several smaller components, including supporting tasks
(e.g., fixing issues that arise during development or improving elements from previous stages). After completing each stage, we hold a review meeting to discuss progress, implement any necessary adjustments, and plan the next stage.
Project Summary
After completing the work, we jointly assess whether the application is ready to be launched on the market - the situation a few months into the project may differ from the initial assumptions. If the app meets the expectations of both parties, we proceed to publish it in the appropriate app stores.

Project Steps
What's Next?
When an unusual issue arises, users report an anomaly, or the application is used in an unexpected way, the priority becomes quickly resolving that specific problem.
Work in this area is iterative. We analyze the application, identify its weakest points, and improve them. After implementing changes, we reassess to determine what requires further enhancement.
This is an area where creativity is key. We introduce new features or elements to an already functional and satisfying product, enhancing its usability or improving the user experience. New features are often implemented in additional phases, similar to the app development process.
1. Bug Fixing
2. Improving Existing Features
3. Developing New Features
Development Time
Developing a mobile application before the first release usually takes a short amount of time. Simple products can be ready within 1-2 months, while more complex projects typically require up to six months of work. We recommend launching a polished version as soon as possible to avoid wasting significant time and financial resources on an idea that may not succeed.
An earlier release also allows for further development of the application based on user feedback.

Project Cost
We operate on a fixed-price model (as opposed to Time & Material, which is hourly-based).
This approach allows our clients to know the total cost of each project before it begins. If a strict budget needs to be maintained, we provide estimates that allow for adjustments in the scope of work without changing the project price.
The cost of a single project stage ranges from PLN 4,000 to 15,000 net. Smaller stages are too minor to function as standalone blocks, while larger projects are often divided into several stages. This approach allows for better control over the outcome and ensures the product is tailored to the client’s needs.
Estimated Costs of Mobile Applications:
Very Small Applications: PLN 8,000-15,000 (1 major or 2 minor stages)
Small Applications: PLN 30,000-50,000
(5-15 stages)Medium Applications: PLN 70,000-100,000 (15-30 stages)
Large Applications: over PLN 120,000
This approach makes the development and evolution of the application a process that allows for flexible adaptation to the changing needs and expectations of clients.
